【摘要】 目的：探讨Ｐ１６ 蛋白表达与喉癌的关系。方法：采用Ｓ－ Ｐ免疫组化方法对５０ 例喉鳞癌标本及作为对照的１０ 例声带息肉标本进行检测。结果：５０ 例喉癌组织中有３１ 例表达阳性（ 阳性率６２．０％ ） ，１０ 例声带息肉组织全部为阳性（ 阳性率１００％ ） ，Ｐ１６ 蛋白表达与喉癌有无颈淋巴结转移无关，而与喉癌的组织分化程度、临床分期显著相关。结论：Ｐ１６ 蛋白的表达在喉癌的发生发展中起一定作用，并可作为判断喉癌预后的一个参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 objectve:To study the relationship between expression of P16 and laryngeal squamous cell caciomas.Methods:S-P immunohistochemical study of P16 was carried out on paraffin-embedded sections of 50 laryngeal carcinomas and 10 polyps of vocal cord.Results: The positive rate of P16 protein expression was 100% (10/10) in the patients with polyps of vocal cord aud was 62.0% (30/50) in laryngeal carcinomas.The expression of P16 did not correlate with lymph node metastasis,but correlated significantly with histological grading and tumor stage. Conclusions: P16 protein may play an important role in the process of carcinogenesis of laryngeal mucosa and is an index for the evaluation of prognosis in laryngeal carcinoma.更多还原
