云南人间鼠疫流行区几种蚤的空间分布格局研究

【摘要】 目的: 研究缓慢细蚤、长形病蚤普洱亚种、长形病蚤陇川亚种、偏远古蚤及泸水栉眼蚤五种重要蚤种在相应的主要宿主( 黄胸鼠、微尾鼠句、滇绒鼠、斯氏家鼠及锡金小鼠) 体表的空间分布格局。方法:运用种群生态学研究中常用的分布型指数法进行,本文采用了扩散系数C、I指数(I) 、Cassie 指数(CA) 及聚块指数(m * /m) 四种指数。结果:所研究的五种蚤在相应的宿主体表均表现为聚集型分布。结论: 所研究的五种蚤在其主要宿主体表的分布有聚集趋势。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the spatial pattern of five flea species among the individuals of their corresponding dominant small mammal hosts in the foci of human plague in Yunnan, China. The target five flea species are Leptopsylla segnis, Nosopsyllus elongatus puerensis, Nosopsyllus elongatus longchuanensis, Palaeopsylla remota and Ctenophthalmus lushuiensis and their corresponding hosts are Rattus flavipectus,Anourosorex squamipes,Eothenomys eleusis,Rattus sladeni and Mus pahari. Methods: To use disperse coeffcient (C),I index(I), Cassie’ sindex(CA) and patch index (m*/m),which are often seen in the ecological practices. Results:All the five flea species studied in this paper show an aggregated distribution pattern among the individuals of their corresponding small hosts.Conclusion: The studied fleas have a tendency to form various aggregated groups among their correspinding dominant hosts.
