【摘要】 应用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法检测细支气管肺泡癌（ＢＡＣ） 中ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ表达与肺癌发生及淋巴道转移的关系。结果表明： ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ在５０ 例ＢＡＣ中的表达（３４／５０，７８％） 显著高于癌旁肺实质（０／２４，０） （ Ｐ＜０－０１） 。在伴淋巴结转移的１８ 例ＢＡＣ中ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ阳性率为５６％ （１０／１８）， 在３２ 例无淋巴结转移的ＢＡＣ中则为９１ ％ （２９／３２） ， 差别非常显著（ Ｐ＜０－００５） 。实验结果提示：ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ基因的表达不仅与ＢＡＣ的发生有关， 而且在ＢＡＣ中起到转移抑制基因的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the correlation of nm23/NDPK to the development and Lymphatic metastasis of bronchiolo-alveolar carcinoma(BAC),50 cases(including 18 cases with lymphaticnode metastasis) were examined immunohistochemically.The frequency of nm23/NDPK in BAC(34/50,78%)was remarkably higher than that in the lung parechyma adjacent to the carcinoma(0/24,0)(p<0 01).The percentage of nm23/NDPK in BAC with lymphatic node metastasis was 56%(10/18),otherwise was 91%(29/32)in cases without lymphatic node metastasis,an obvious association was found (p<0 005).The results indicate that the expression of nm23 not only relates to the development of BAC,but also acts as a metastasis suppressor gene.更多还原
