【Abstract】 By using a simplified illustrative example. the detailed analysis and comparison of two types of transaction models (the pool model and the bilateral model) in the electricity market and the transmission congestion management under these different models are given. A novel transmission congestion management strategy under the pool model, in which the merchandise surplus is used to compensate both generator and customer through transmission congestion contracts (TCC). is proposed. Finally. some characteristics of transmission congestion management on the generation side for the power market model in China are discussed.更多还原
