基于遗传算法的电力系统日有功优化调度

【摘要】 随着电力市场的不断深入 ,电力系统日有功优化调度的目标逐步由传统的总运行费用向上网电费过渡 ,而调度时刻的日益细化更对求解该问题的算法提出越来越高的要求。针对这一特点 ,将遗传算法和启发式技术相结合 ,有效地减小搜索空间的规模 ;并改进普通的遗传操作而不失该算法的全局性。通过模型系统及江苏实际电网的算例表明所提出的算法十分有效。

【Abstract】 With the in-depth going of the electricity market. the objective of the daily generation scheduling transfers fromthe traditional operation cost to the pool purchase price. Smaller is the schedule interval. more critical is the relatedalgorithm. In accordance with these new characteristics, the paper combines genetic algorithm with a heuristic technique toreduce the solution space and improves the genetic operators without losing its global optimum. Through the examples of amodel system and Jiangsu actual power system, the efficacy of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated.
