高铝锌基合金拉伸断裂特征的研究
Investigation of Fracture Characteristics of High Aluminum Zinc-Based Alloy Under the Tensile Test
【摘要】 对高铝锌基ZA27合金在室温下的拉伸断裂特征进行了研究结果表明,ZA27合金在拉应力作用下,其裂纹源始于树枝晶间的α+η共晶组织中,裂纹扩展过程是以沿α+η相扩展,剪断树枝状α相和ε相的方式进行的.并探讨了ZA27中各相对其强度和塑性的影响.
【Abstract】 The fracture characteristic of high aluminum Zinc-based alloy (ZA27) under the tensiletest at the room temperature was studied. The results show that the cracks of ZA27 alloy form ata+ry eutectic phase, develop by propagating along the phase and cuting through the dendrite aphase and E phase. The influence of every phase in ZA27 on the strength and ductility wasanalyzed.
