酶法合成化妆品酯及其反应条件的优化
Lipase-catalyzed Synthesis of 2-Octanyl-Dodecanol Stearicate by Direct Esterification and Optimization of Its Reaction Condion
【摘要】 以硬脂酸和2-辛基十二烷醇为原料,采用三水平四因子进行正交实验。探讨了酶法合成化妆品酯的最佳反应条件。讨论了影响酯化反应的因素,并用红外光谱对产物进行了定性分析。结果表明:用硬脂酸和2-辛基十二烷醇合成化妆品酯是可行的;其最佳合成条件底物配比为1.6:1,反应温度为60℃,脂肪酶用量为4%,反应时间为10h。
【Abstract】 A new ester - Guerbet alcohol stearicates is synthesized by using stearic acid and Guerbet alcohol in presence of catalyst - NOVOZYM435. The primiry factors of influencing esterification are investigated. The product of the esterification is identified by IR. The optimutn condition is found variance analysis by and orthogonal experiment, with four levels and three factors.
