中国股票市场效率——理论分析与政策探讨

【摘要】 运用市场效率理论分析了我国股票市场在资本最优配置方面低效率的事实,为提高我国股票市场效率,提出了四个方面的政策建议。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of market efficiency, the article focuses on the analysis of the low efficiency during the best capital allocation in China’s stock market. Then four strategic suggestions are put forward to increase the efficiency of China’s stock market.
