杂原子Zn-ZSM-5沸石分子筛合成及影响因素研究
Study of synthesis and factors of Zn ZSM 5 zeolite
【摘要】 以正丁胺为模板剂,水热法合成了Zn-ZSM-5、Zn-AlZSM-5沸石分子筛.以XRD、IR、SEM、吸附量等分析手段对合成的沸石进行了结构和物性表征.发现晶化温度、m(Na2O)/m(SiO2)、m(SiO2)/m(ZnO)和铝的加入等影响因素对Zn-ZSM-5的合成至关重要
【Abstract】 Zn ZSM 5 and Zn AlZSM 5 zeolites are prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method with n butyl amine as a template. The structure and properties of Zn ZSM 5 are determined by XRD, IR and adsorption capacity. The influence of crystillization time, m (Na 2O)/ m (SiO 2), m (SiO 2)/ m (ZnO) and aluminum added on the synthesis of Zn ZSM 5 is investigated in detail.
