积累式冲击扭矩测试仪研制
Study of accumulation impulsive torque tester
【摘要】 分析了冲击式电动扭矩测量的特点和现状,论述了YDN-10L型积累式冲击扭矩测试仪的工作原理以及新型切割的晶花芯片传感器的关键技术;给出了测扭仪的静态标定、数据处理方法;推导出了积累扭矩测量的力学模型.该测试仪研制成功并在实践中得到了满意应用,解决了冲击式积累扭矩标定及测量问题.
【Abstract】 ? The paper analyzes the features and the current conditions of the impulsive electric torque, the key technology and the method of calibration and the data handling for YDN 10L type accumulation impulsive torque tester, and applies the new cutting type of quarty crystal to the successful development of crystal flower transducer, and deduces the mechanics model on the testing of accumulation torque.
