基于模糊推理系统的操船环境危险度的评价方法

【摘要】 应用模糊推理方法提出一种将所计算的评价模糊量进行反模糊化,以得出一个清晰的评价值.这样能够建立输入因素与输出评价量的映射.并基于模糊推理系统研究了在能见度、风、流等因素影响下的操船环境危险度的模型,对此模型进行仿真,其结果与实际主观感觉的情况相符

【Abstract】 At present the evaluation of manoeuvring environment risk degree is a hot topic. In the previous references, the evaluation results are fuzzy, so further analyses are difficult. In this paper, by using fuzzy inference method, the evaluation fuzzy value is defuzzified. As a result, the crisp evaluation values are obtained, and the mapping between the factors and the evaluation values is established. The evaluation model for manoeuvring environment risk degree influenced by the factors such as visibility, wind, current, and so on is proposed. The simulation results show that it is correspondent with the subjective cases.
