船舶间非实际接触致损碰撞的研讨
Researches on damages caused by collision without direct impact
【摘要】 论述了非实际接触致损碰撞的法律规定，归纳出这种碰撞的主要类型，提出了分析这种碰撞案件几个关键问题．为海事分析和处理提供参考．
【Abstract】 In this paper, the legislation of damages caused by collision without direct impact are narrated, main types of such collisions are classified, and key notes of analyzing such cases are presented.
