【Abstract】 With the rapid dcvelopment of the Chinese economy, the environmental problems are inevitable. This papet, by referring to the Japanese experience of dealing with environmental problems in the process of the development, studies the developing tendency of the environmental problems in China, as well as the affecting factors and the possible measures to improve the environmental situation. Japan’s successful measures may seem to be practical in China, some of which are the adjustment of industry structure, the modernization of equipment, the removal of urban factories, and the special investment from the government. There has been a good beginning concerning the cooperation between China and Japan, and the cooperation between Dalian and Kitakyushu has set a good example for the international cooperation in the field of the environmental protection.更多还原
