掺杂弛豫铁电陶瓷材料的电阻──温度特性
Resistance-temperature Characteristics of Doped Relaxor Ferroelectric Ceramics
【摘要】 在比较铁电体材料与弛豫铁电体材料的异同之处的基础上,采用一般陶瓷工艺制备的U型电阻-温度特性热敏电阻电阻材料钛酸钡锶和钛酸铅锶等固溶体是一种掺杂弛豫铁电体。根据能带理论,用Heywang模型较好地解释了钛酸钡锶等材料中出现的U型电阻-温度特性。
【Abstract】 The ferroelectrics and relaxor ferroelectrics are discussed. It is believed that the solid solutions of barium strontium titanate and lead strontium titanate by conventional process are doped relaxor ferroelectrics. The Heywang’s double Schottky barrier model is introduced to explain their U-type resistance-temperature characteristics.
