两性聚丙烯酰胺类水溶性聚合物的合成及其助洗性能研究
Synthesis of Amphoteric Water - soluble Polyacrylamide Polymers and Study on their Performance as Builder
【摘要】 采用溶液聚合法,按自由基共聚机理制备了丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺的共聚物,再通过Mannich反应对该共聚物加以改性,得到了一系列两性聚丙烯酰胺类水溶性聚合物.作为三聚磷酸钠(STPP)的代用品,通过研究该聚合物的螯合能、碱缓冲能、分散能及去污指数,对其助洗性能进行了评价.
【Abstract】 Amphoteric water - soluble polymers are prepared by free - radical copolymerization of acrylic acid and acryl-amide as monomers and then modified by Mannich reaction in solution. As a substitute for STPP, their performance as builder by testing their chelator power, buffering power for alkaline, dispersancy and detergency is reviewed, and some conclusions are gained.
