氧化锌复合防晕材料的研究
A Study of ZnO Composite Anti- Corona Material
【摘要】 以氧化锌 (ZnO)为主体掺加多种金属氧化物的粉料 ,通过混料 ,高温热处理 ,使其半导化 ,并将半导电粉与有机环氧 (或硅漆 )混合制成的复合半导漆 ,它是一种不同于碳化硅(SiC)的新型防晕材料 ,能满足大电机和电力变压器线棒的防晕要求
【Abstract】 Progress thermal treatment of high temperature for the mixture ZnO main powder with much metal oxide powders makers it semi-conductive. The mixture semi-conductive powder with organic epoxy (or organic silicon paint) can produce the composite semi-conductive paint. It is a new anti-corona material of different from SiC and can meet the anti-corona need for big stator bar and transformer winding.
