双向ZVT-PWM三相软开关逆变器的原理分析及仿真研究
PRINCIPLE ANALYSIS AND SIMULATION RESEARCH ON BIDIRECTIONAL ZVT PWM SOFT SWITCHED THREE PHASE INVERTER
【摘要】 本文提出了一种双向ZVT-PWM软开关逆变器,该逆变器可实现自然谐振,极大地简化了控制电路。采用修正的空间矢量控制方法实现了真正的PWM控制。本文还深入分析了该电路的工作原理及和控制策略,并且对谐振元件参数进行了优化设计。本文以7.5kW异步电机为负载,开关频率为20kHz,对该电路进行了仿真分析,仿真的结果证明了该电路的正确性和可行性。
【Abstract】 A bidirectional ZVT PWM soft switched three phase inverter is presented in this paper,which can simplify the control circuit greatly by naturally occured resonance.The modified space vector modulation makes true PWM operation possible.The operation principle and control strategy are analyzed in detail,and an optimizing program of designing resonant parameters is provided.On account of simulating the performance on a 7.5kW induction motor,with a switching frequency of 20kHz,it is proved that the proposed solution is correct and feasible.
