高原峡谷区鼠类感染日本血吸虫调查
Investigation on Schistosoma japonicum Infection in Rodentsin Mountainous Valley Region of Yunnan Province
【摘要】 1998年7~8月,在洱源县高原峡谷区对鼠类、人群和家畜的血吸虫感染情况进行了调查。捕获鼠类778只,隶属3目4科7属11种,以黄胸鼠、齐氏姬鼠和褐家鼠为优势种类。检验鼠760只,其中4种28只鼠类自然感染日本血吸虫,阳性率为3.68%,EPG(每克粪便虫卵数)(X)为25.47;人群阳性率为20.37%,EPG(X)为3.36;牛阳性率为7.89%,EPG(X)为0.0135;马阳性率为2.56%,EPG(X)为0.0009;猪阳性率为8.75%,EPG(X)为0.0208。鼠类感染率低于人、牛和猪,但其EPG(X)高于其他宿主。调查结果说明鼠类数量多、分布广,与人类关系密切,在该地血吸虫病的传播上具有一定作用。
【Abstract】 For stadying significance of rodents on schistosomiasis transmission inmountainous valley region, a routine investigation was carried out in rodents, humans andstocks about Schistosoma japonicum infection in 6 villages of Eryuan County from July toAugust 1998. 778 rodents were captured from mountainous valley region in Eryuan whichwere identified to be 11 species, 7 genera, 4 families, 3 orders. The dominant species wereR. fiavi’pectus, A’ chevrieri and R’ norvegrcus’ Among 760 rodents being tested, 28 (belongto 4 species) were infected with Schistosoma japonicum, the positive rate of stool and EPG(x) were 3. 68% and 25. 47 for rodents, 20. 65% and 3. 36 for humans, 7. 89% and 0’ 013 5for oxen, 2. 56% and 0’ 000 9 for horses and 8. 75 % and 0. 020 8 for pigs. The infection rateof rodents is lower than that of humans, oxen and pigs. But EPG(x) of rodents is higherthan that of humans and stocks. All above showed that the rodents possess epidemiologicalsignificance on schistosomiasis transmission in mountainous valley region in Eryuan’
