火药热分解与燃烧稳定性的表征方法
A METHOD OF CHARACTERIZING THE THERMAL DECOMPOSITION AND COMBUSTION STABILITY OF PROPELLANTS
【摘要】 提出了分解波动系数和燃烧不稳定性系数两个概念,它们分别表征火药非等温热分解过程及定容燃烧过程的不稳定性程度.这两个参数可分别由火药的 D S C(或 T G)曲线和 u ~p 曲线数据算得,它们综合地反映了火药热分解及燃烧过程各方面的不稳定性特征,为评价一种火药的热分解和燃烧稳定性程度提供了具有定量可比性的参照尺度.
【Abstract】 This paper presents a method of characterizing the thermal decomposition and combustion stability of propellants.Mainly two coefficients are defined:the thermal decomposition fluctuation coefficient and the combustion unstability coefficient,which can be calculated from thermal analysis and closed bomb test data. The coefficients syicthetically reflect the unstability degree of thermal decomposition and combustion of propellants.They can be used as measures for quantitatively estimating the thermal decomposition and combustion stability of propellants.
