【Abstract】 Quality testing for the courses offered in RTVUs is one of the many important conditions that guaranteethe training standard of human resources and improvement in educational quality. The current testing practicewithin RTVUs still manifests problems of not scientific enough in designing tests, not open enough in implementing tests, and not advanced enough in technology. These problems have been effecting the developmentand improvement of RTVU education and need to be solved immediately.
