碱性电池中锌电极添加剂的研究
The Research of Zinc──electrode Additive in Alkaline Battery
【摘要】 利用加阴极过电位的方法研究了几种有机添加剂在二次碱性电池中对锌枝晶生长的抑制作用[1]。并测量了锌电极在这些有机添加剂存在下的阳极极化曲线,以恒量其对锌电极阳极行为的影响。利用腐蚀实验比较了这些添加剂在锌上抑制析氢速度的大小[2]。结果证明:在碱液中加入0.2%的十六烷基三甲基溴化胺和加入各0.2%的硫脲及聚乙二醇均可抑制锌枝晶的生长,而且对锌电极的阳极极化也不产生严重的影响,还可在一定程度上延缓锌在碱液中的腐蚀速度。因此,这几种有机添加剂有望作为可充碱性电池中锌电极的添加剂。
【Abstract】 The organic additive for use to suppress zinc dendrite growth in the alkaline solution was steadied using potential -- controlled electrodeposition. The zinc anodic polarization curves were tested in alkaline contacted organic additive. The effect of Zn in NH4Cl -- based and ZnC12 -- based electrolytes has been compared by the corrosion experiments. The results showed that the additive cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMB); sulfocarbamide with polyethylene glycol were effect.
