【Abstract】 in this paper, a new and high efficient automatic drilling system ZG-48 model machine tool for drilling the pipes of the large dust removing equipment has been developed. Four cases for drilling are realized according to different sizes and drilling requests of the workpieces and in every case, the machine tool has the functions of mutual -lock, single-action and automatic drilling. In addition, each power box of the machine tool possesses the function of over-loaded protection so that the system can be stopped automatically when the drilling-bit is over loaded.更多还原
