【Abstract】 In this experiment, everal factors about calli cryopreservation of Freesia refracta Klatt. were studied, for providing essential foundations to go deep into next experiments. The results showed that the 15th to 20th day calli had higher TTC values, and so they were suitable materials used as cryopreservation. The better freezing procedure was to reduce the temperature from 0℃ to - 196℃ ,which was called as rapid - freezing method. Thaw at 4℃ and warm - water bath at 40℃ had better effects than flowing - water wash and thawing under room temperature.更多还原
