锌基涂层防护性能的电化学研究

【摘要】 用交流阻抗、极化曲线和耐盐实验的方法,研究了锌基涂层的电化学性能·其结果表明,锌基涂层的防护性能与涂层的阻挡性及阴极保护基体性有着密切关系,以复合涂层形式存在时,协同效应非常显著·

【Abstract】 The electrochemical performances of Zn based coatings were studied by potentiondynamic,electrochemical impedance spectra and salt resistance experiment. The results showed that the protective performance connected with the resistance and cathode protection on the base closely. When the coating was treated by organic latex,its protective performance was improved obviously.
