气/固两相流相浓度传感器
Phase Concentration Transducers for Gas/Solid Two Phase Flow
【摘要】 研究了几种用于测量气/固两相流固相浓度的电容式传感器,采用3维有限元方法,模拟传感器的不同结构,计算其检测场内灵敏度的分布特性,并分别进行优化设计·通过分析比较,得到一种灵敏度分布最为均匀的螺旋式表面极板电容传感器结构,其均匀性误差低于6%,该传感器已用于工业现场·
【Abstract】 Some kinds of capacitance transducers were studied to measure phase concentration of gas/solid two phase flow. The transducers were optimized respectively by using 3D finite element method(FEM) to calculate the sensitivity distribution of the sensing field. The results show that the capacitance transducer with helical shaped surface plates has an obvious advantage, i.e. the homogeneity error is less than 6%. It has been used to the industrial work site.
