流域水资源的模型及其合理利用
Water Resources Model of River Valley and Its Application in the Optimal Use of the River
【摘要】 研究了经济发展中流域水资源的开发规划问题·首先分析了用某时刻从源头到入海前各点的流域区段内的水资源量表述的流域水资源分布,及其相对于某个流域度量值( 如,以流域所处的经度为参照进行度量) 的相对分布·考虑自然状态下各微小流域区段内水资源的平均变化量及其平均水流速和可控量区段内人工汲取和补给量,得到由分布参数模型表达的相对分布规律·给出了利用本模型进行流域水资源蕴藏量的长期预测的方法,并分析了模型条件下以保证有良好的经济与生态环境来供水和用水的流域规划优化问题·
【Abstract】 River flow targets was investigated to resolve the conflict of human and environmental water needs. The water resources geographical distribution of a river valley was described by distributed parameter model,while the natural change of the river flow in every tiny section was considered. The water reserves were forecast when man made water draw off was given. The river flow targets was determined by optimizing the in long run utilize efficiency of water resources when human and environmental water needs were both considered. Such targets could help the Environment Agency to balance human and environmental water needs in a rational manner.
