脉动气流对烧结过程的强化作用

【摘要】 采用模拟原料,在实验室内的脉动烧结装置上,进行脉动气流烧结试验,探讨脉动气流的频率变化和抽风负压等因素对烧结过程的强化作用·实验结果表明,脉动气流频率分别为1 ,15 ,3 Hz时,烧结速率提高了218 % ,636 % 和783 % ·当脉动气流频率大于4 Hz 或抽风负压较高时,脉动频率的变化对烧结速度的强化作用不大·

【Abstract】 The sintering test of pulsatile suction wind has carried out by the simulating material in the lab. The effects of the pulsatile frequency and the negative pressure of the suction wind on the intensification of sintering velocity have discussed. The experiment result indicate that sintering velocity of 2 18%,6 36% and 7 83% can be increased with the pulsatile frequency of 1,1 5 and 3?Hz respectively. However, the intensely effects of pulsatile suction wind was a little on the sintering velocity in the condition of more than 4?Hz pulsatile frequency and the higher negative pressure of the suction wind.
