Klingelnberg摆线锥齿轮轮齿几何分析
Geometry Analysis of Klingelnberg Spiral Bevel Gear
【摘要】 Klingelnberg 摆线锥齿轮轮齿几何分析是研究其啮合理论及应用技术的重要基础·基于工件及刀具的相对运动关系,按照齿轮啮合原理,采用回转矢量的方法,推导了工作齿面方程,根据等距共轭曲面原理,推导了齿根过渡曲面方程;并进行了计算机仿真验证,绘出了相应齿面,完成轮齿几何分析·
【Abstract】 Geometry analysis of Klingelnberg spiral bevel gear is the important basis of the principle of gear mesh and applied technology. According to the principle of gear engagement and equidistance conjugate curved surface,formula of vector revolution was applied to deduce tooth surface equations and fillet′s equations from the relative motion relationship between workpiece and cutting tools. Finally,the tooth surface and fillet surface were generated by AutoCAD.
