一类具有可动边界的机械振动系统的混沌行为
Chaotic Behaviour of the Mechanical Systems with Moving Boundary
【摘要】 鉴于初轧机轧制过程中振动的非线性和边界可动,建立了初轧机在轧制过程中主传动系统的扭转自激振动模型·通过对所建模型的研究表明,该系统具有多种非线性振动形式,这为分析、诊断及控制这一类具有混沌行为系统的振动提供了理论依据·
【Abstract】 A simple dynamic model based on the self excited vibration in rolling mills was presented. The vibrational system is nonlinear and its boundaries are oscillating. There are different forms of nonlinear vibrations in the system. Periodic, quasi periodic and chaotic vibrations can be easily observed. Such nonlinear dynamic techniques as Poincare sections were employed to ascertain the different vibrational forms. The frictional coefficients and boundaries vibrating frequencies were treated as the system parameters and the chaotic behavior of the model was observed near the resonant region. Chaotic vibration and other phenomena found in the mechanical system can be used as the key information to diagnose and control the vibrations of such systems.
