新型聚合物表面与水蒸汽的滴状冷凝
New Polymer for Dropwise Steam Condensation on Surfaces
【摘要】 分别采用等离子体聚合技术和离子束动态混合注入技术在黄铜管和紫铜管表面制备了超薄聚六氟丙烯及四氟乙烯聚合物表面,实现了水蒸汽在常压下的滴状冷凝。对不同冷凝表面的传热特性及滴状冷凝寿命进行了实验研究,分析讨论了两种表面处理技术制备低表面能聚合物表面的特点及其应用前景。
【Abstract】 By plasma polymrization and dynamic ion - beam mixed implantation methods, polyhexafluoropropene film and polytetra fluoroethylene film are prepared respectively. These films are coated on the external surfaces of brass and red copper tubes. Steady dropwise condensation of steam under the atmospheric pressure is observed. The heat- transfer performance and the lifetime of dropwise condensation on different surfaces have been studied experimentally. The characteristics and the application prospects of the polymer surfaces are discussed finally.
