【摘要】 目的寻求一种能够有效地保存乳牙生活根髓，提高活髓切断术成功率的方法．方法：选择102只患牙用2％戊二醛固定根髓断面后用含戊二难之盖髓剂盖髓，然后充填并观察半年至1年疗效，结果术后半年成功率为97．1％，术后1年成功率为95．7％，结论2％戊二醛法活髓切断术可大量替代神剂失活干尸术．具有操作安全，疗程缩短为一次等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Durpose Explore an efficient method to raise the succeeding rate of pulpotomy under the condition of conserving root pulp of deciduous teeth. Method After fixation of root pulp section of 102 affected teeth with 2% glutaraldehyde, cap the pulp with capping agent containing glutaraldehyde, then fill them and observe the effect during a half to one year. Resalt Succeeding rate amountS to 97.1% after a half year and 95.7% after one year. Conclusion it is recommendable that pulpotomy with 2% glutaraldehyde replace devitalizing pulp mummification in most cases.The former possesses many merits such as being safe in operation and shortening the period of treatment to one operation.更多还原
