正弦色散对表面声学激子能量的影响
Effect of Sinusoidal Dispersiens on Surface Exciton Energies
【摘要】 本文从Sak[1]提出的表面极化子的哈密顿量出发,采用顾世洧教授[2]所用的方法,考虑到色散效应对表面激子的影响,用微扰法[6]计算正弦色散时对表面激子能量的影响及表面声学激子和表面极化子间关系
【Abstract】 Basing on the Hamiltonian of surface polaron proposed by Sak, J., we constructed the Hamiltonian of surface exciton, considering the influence of the dispersion of acoustic phonon upon the surface excitons we calculated the energy of surface exciton with the method adopted by Haga and discussed the relations between the polarons and the excitons.
