铅粉掺铋对蓄电池性能的影响

【摘要】 通过对电解纯铅铅粉、电解纯铅铅粉掺Bi2O3、掺Bi软铅铅粉所制造的蓄电池进行性能试验,结果表明,铅粉中掺w为0.02%的铋可以提高蓄电池的容量,延长循环寿命,但对干荷电起动性能和低温起动性能没有影响。

【Abstract】 The performances of lead acid batteries made with electrolytic pure lead oxide,electrolytic pure lead oxide doped with Bi 2O 3 and soft lead oxide doped with bismuth were tested.The results showed that lead oxide doped with 0.02% bismuth could increase the capacity and prolong the cycle life of lead acid battey.The addition of bismuth in lead oxide had no influence on the cranking performance of dry-charged or at low tempetature.
