Based on the site-fixed investigation on the habit and characteristic of Myospalax Psilurus for 5 years (1991-1995),the relationship between its active rule and topography, temperature, soil moisture were identified. Its sex ratio, propagation, the structure of hole, simple investigation on effective hole and eating patterns were discussed too. The above was advantageous to scentific rodent control.
