溶胶—凝胶自燃烧法合成Ni-Zn铁氧体纳米粉末
SYNTHESIS OF NANOMETER Ni Zn FERRITE POWDERS BY SOL GEL AUTO COMBUSTION
【摘要】 将溶胶凝胶法和自蔓延燃烧法相结合,开发了一种solgel 自燃烧超细粉末合成技术, 并合成了NiZn 铁氧体纳米粉末.结果表明, 由硝酸盐和柠檬酸形成的凝胶具有自蔓延燃烧特性,燃烧后直接形成粒度为40 ~50nm 、具有尖晶石结构的单相NiZn 铁氧体超细粉末.借助DTATG 和红外吸收光谱研究了凝胶的燃烧和析晶过程,利用XRD、TEM 和M¨ossbauer 谱对合成的粉末进行了表征
【Abstract】 Nanometer Ni Zn ferrite powders were synthesized by a novel sol gel auto combustion method. The gels, transformed from the aqueous solutions of metal nitrate and citric acid, undergo a self propagating combustion process when being ignited and yield voluminous ashes. These ashes are single phase spinel Ni Zn ferrite powders with particle size of 40~50nm. The redox behavior and crystallization process of the dried gels were studied by DTA TG technique and IR spectra. The synthesized powders were characterized in terms of XRD, TEM and Mssbauer spectrum techniques.
