(Ca,Mg)—Sialon陶瓷在多元醇及多元醇水溶液润滑下的摩擦学性能
TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF (Ca, Mg)-SIALON LUBRICATED BY POLYOLS AND POLYOLS WATER SOLUTIONS
【摘要】 与干摩时相比,三种醇的水溶液都降低了(Ca,Mg)-Sialon陶瓷/GCr15的摩擦系数,但都不同程度地增加了陶瓷的磨损体积.所有醇都降低了(Ca,Mg)-AISialon陶瓷/GCr15的摩擦系数及(Ca,Mg)-Sialon陶瓷的磨损体积;在乙二醇润滑下(Ca,Mg)-Sialon陶瓷/GCr15表现出最低的摩擦系数(0.06);(Ca,Mg)-Sialon陶瓷在四种醇润滑下,磨损体积由大到小的顺序为:乙二醇,1.4-丁二醇,1.3-丁二醇,丙三醇.醇的碳链越长,羟基数目越多,陶瓷的磨损体积越小.所有润滑剂都使得陶瓷磨损表面变得异常光滑,其中醇的效果更明显在醇与陶瓷表面之间发生了摩擦化学反应,在陶瓷表面形成的减摩抗磨膜降低了摩擦系数和磨损体积.
【Abstract】 Compared with dry sliding, all polyols solutions reduce the friction coefficient, but increase its wear volume. In polyols solutions, water acts as the major lubricant, which increased the wear volume of (Ca, Mg)-Sialon due to corrosion wear. The polyols not only reduce the friction coefficient significantly but also reduce the wear volume of (Ca, Mg)-Sialon apparently (1-2 order),the lowest friction coefficient of 0.06 can be approached when lubricated by ethanediol. The order of wear volume of (Ca, Mg)-Sialon in four difFerent polyols is as followst ethanediol, 1.4-butanediol, 1.3-butanediol, propanetiol. The longer the carbon chains and/or the more the number of hydroxy, the smaller the wear volume of (Ca, Mg)-Sialon. All of these lubricants made the wear tract of (Ca, Mg)Sialon quite smoother, especially under polyols lubrication. FT-IR analysis shows that tribochemical reactions between (Ca. Mg)-Sialon and polyOIs led to the formation of anti-wear and friction-reducing tribo-film, which in turn reduce the wear volume and friction coefficient of (Ca, Mg)-Sialon.
