PVA修饰的溶胶凝胶法制备γ氧化铝超滤膜
PREPARATION OF ULTRAFILTRATION γ-ALUMINA MEMBRANE BY A SOL-GEL PROCESS MODIFIED WITH POLYVINGL ALCOHOL
【摘要】 用硝酸铝水解的溶胶凝胶法,在微滤α-A12O3支撑体上制备了超滤γ-Al2O3膜.考察了聚乙烯醇(PVA)对勃姆石胶体稳定性和膜制备的影响用扫描电镜、气体和液体渗透和截留分子量等实验方法,对所制备的不对称膜进行了表征在典型条件下,用该法制备的陶瓷膜的Kelvin半径约为4.8nm,其分离率为90%的截留分子量约为4000硝酸铝可以代替醇铝用于制备氧化铝超滤膜.
【Abstract】 Boehmite sol was prepared by hydrolyzation of aluminum nitrate with ammonia and peptization with nitric acid. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was used to obtain a stable sol. With the sol as precursor, ultrafiltration alumina membrane without pinhole or crack free was prepared by a sol-gel process. The membranes were investigated by X ray difFraction, scanning electron microscopy, water and nitrogen permeability, and also by molecular retention. The results show that aluminum nitrate can be alternate precursors for ultrafiltration membrane preparation.
