铜单晶体循环应力应变曲线的平台行为的取向效应
EFFECT OF ORIENTATION ON PLATEAU BEHAVIORS IN CYCLIC STRESS-STRAIN CURVES OF COPPER SINGLE CRYSTALS
【摘要】 系统讨论和总结了单滑移、双滑移和多滑移取向铜单晶体在循环形变中呈现的不同平台行为分析结果表明,晶体取向强烈影响对滑移和多滑移铜晶体的循环形变行为,平台区的出现与否及平台应力的高低,不仅与位错反应模式和强度有关,还与不同取向晶体中的各个滑移手相对于晶体轴向的几何位置不同,从而造成不同的滑移形变特征密切相关一般说来,当形变主要以多滑移形变方式进行时,平台区消失.
【Abstract】 The different plateau behaviors, presented in cyclically deformed copper single crystals oriented for single, double and multiple slip, were systematically discussed and summarized. It was shown that the crystallographic orientation has strong effects on the cyclic deformation behaviors of doubleand multiple-slip-oriented crystals. The existence or non-existence of a plateau in cyclic stress-strain (CSS) curves as well as the corresponding plateau stress amplitude depend not only on the modes and intensities of dislocation interactions between slip systems activated in the crystal, but also on the rather different slip deformation characteristics induced by the different geometrical relationships between crystal orientations and corresponding slip systems in the differently oriented crystals. In general, the plateau region in CSS curve would disappear when the multiple slip plays a determining role during cyclic deformation.
