氧对烧结Nd-Fe-B磁性能和显微组织的影响

【摘要】 研究了烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体制作过程中从原材料、熔炼、粗破碎、气流磨、压型一直到烧结的各个环节中磁粉/体中氧含量的变化情况。观察到:在带筛球磨到气流磨过程中,氧含量增加最为剧烈;在压型阶段氧含量达到最高值,而在烧结过程中磁体氧含量并没有明显增加。SEM 背散射和能谱测量说明,高氧浓度的磁体中,氧化物以及因主相分解生成的α-Fe 等软磁性相是造成磁体磁性能恶化的主要原因

【Abstract】 The variation of oxygen content in every process of sintered Nd Fe B fabrication from raw materials,ingot,jaw crushing,roll crushing,ball milling,jet milling,compacting to sintering is studied.It is observed that oxygen content of the magnetic powders has reached its maximum at compacting stage,and does not increase any more during sintering.SEM examination reveals that oxide and Fe riched precipitates in the sintered magnet that has high oxygen content are responsible for the severely damaged magnetic properties of the magnets.
