烧结NdFeB磁体的δM(H)曲线
δM(H)curves of the Sintered NdFeB Magnets
【摘要】 利用δM(H) 曲线研究了烧结NdFeB磁体中的晶粒相互作用(包括长程静磁相互作用和晶粒间交换耦合相互作用)。结果表明,δM(H) 曲线方法可以解释烧结磁体中晶粒相互作用与磁体微结构(晶粒尺寸和取向) 之间的关系及其对磁体性能的影响。但是δM(H) 曲线理论也存在与烧结NdFeB磁体不完全符合的现象
【Abstract】 In this paper we have studied the intergrain interaction, including long range magnetostatic interaction and exchange coupling interaction of the sintered NdFeB magnets by using the δ M(H) curves technique. The results indicate that the δ M(H) curves technique can be used to analysis the dependence of the magnetic properties on the intergrain interaction and the microstructure (grain size and orientation) in the magnets. However, the theory of δ M(H) curves is not completely consistent with the sintered NdFeB magnets.
