小麦精量播种机的研究

【摘要】 小麦精量播种机以排种定量、准确、可控、无带动层的内充种垂直轮式排种器和张角可调分置双圆盘式开沟器等新型核心部件构成整机。经试验,其性能指标符合农业部颁布的“精量半精量机械化播种技术实施要点”。本文对新型排种器和开沟器的设计及包括深施肥机构在内的整机研究进行阐述与分析。

【Abstract】 Some new im portant component such as seedermeter of inner-filling seed of the vertical wheel characterized by accuracy, controllableness, without pulling layerm, and opener of double individual plates with adjustable field angle were designed with the planter. Tshe results of the experiment showed that the performance accorded with the implementation indexes of precision and semi-precision seeding with mechanization that the Agricultural Department had issued. The design of new seedermeter and opener, and the study of whole planter including the mechanism of deep applying fertilizer were presented and analyzed in the paper.
