根际操作施肥矫正苹果缺铁黄叶病的研究

【摘要】 采用根部输硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸铁、EDTA铁、根际施硫酸亚铁和自制专用肥的方法对苹果黄叶病进行矫正。结果表明:各种补铁措施均可提高叶片中活性铁及叶绿素含量,使黄叶病树病梢率和失绿级数下降。与对照比较,根际施硫酸亚铁效果差。各输液处理间没有明显差异,表现叶片复绿较快,但肥效持续时间短,操作困难,输用浓度为0.027mol· L-1铁液,果树幼嫩叶片有轻度卷曲的受害症状。自制专用肥效果最好,经一年春、秋2次施用,病梢率下降 70%~80%,失绿下降 2级,使中度缺铁黄叶病树完全复绿,黄叶病 2a内未见复发。研究还表明,叶片中活性铁与叶绿素含量呈显著直线正相关。叶片中活性铁含量可较好反映树体铁营养状况。

【Abstract】 Correction of chlorosis was examined by infusing solution of ferrous sulfate, Fe-cit- rate and Fe-EDTA through root system and applying ferrous sulfate, special solid fertilizer respectively. The result indicated that all the addition of Fe treatments can increase the content of Fe and chlorophyll of leaves, and the ratio of chlorosis branches and grades of chlorosis were decreased. Compared to the check, fertilizing ferrous sulfate alone was the least effective. The treatments of three Fe-solution did not have significant deviation and the leaves were renew ed faster, but the effect lasted a shorter time and the operation was difficult. Infusing 0.027 mol. L-1 solution, the young leaves were harmed lightly. The special fertilizer gave satisfactory chlorosis correction. Twice application a year in spring and autumn, the chlorosis branches decreased 70%-80% and chlorosis alleviated two grades. The mid-segree chlorosis apple trees were renewed perfectly. The reasearch also showed that the content of active Fe and chlorophyll in leaves had a significant positive relation. The content of active Fe in leaves was a good index for evaluating Fe nutrition state of apple trees.
