电力机车弓网故障监测系统
A TROUBLE-SHOOTING SYSTEM FOR COLLECTORS AND PROWER NETWORK OF ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVES
【摘要】 介绍了一种电力弓同故障监测系统,该系统利用安装于机车电力弓上的冲击加速度传感器和眼位传感器,监测电力弓与异物磁撞和接触导线在弓上左右位移超限的故障,通过红外发光管发送故障的编码信号,由司机室顶部的红外接收电路接收、解码并处理.当故障发生时,由机车运行监视器记录故障的类型,发生的时刻和地点.本系统可发现电力机车弓网的隐患,已在电力机车上试用.
【Abstract】 A toruble-shooting system for bow-shaped collector and power network ofthe electric locomtive is presented in this paper. It utilizes a shock acceleration sensorand two sensors of postion limited, which installed on the bow-shaped collector, tomonitor the malfunctions of collector collided by other objects and the contact position limit overstepped by the contact wire. The signal encoded of the malfunctions istransmitted by infrared light emitted diode and received, decoded and processed byinfrared receiver which is located on the roof of driver room. While the malfunctionoccurs, the monitor of locomotive corculated records that the type of malfunction,when and where it happens. The system can find the hidden trouble of bow-shapedcollector and power entwork of the electric locomotive and has been test on the electric locomotive.
