【Abstract】 Since mobile communication and multimedia communication are the most rapidly developed businesses with the largest potential market and the most optimistic future, mobile multimedia combining the above two fields are attracting more and more attentions of the institutions, production sections and operation sections. This article introduces how to use mobile network, GSM and CDMA to realize multimedia function, and radio ATM function, and how to evolve to mobile multimedia function.
