停炉保护液中微量二甲基酮肟含量的双波长分光光度法分析

【摘要】 根据双波长系数倍率法原理,选定209nm测定波长和227nm参比波长下,测试了DMKO含量分别为20mg/L、40mg/L、60mg/L、80mg/L及100mg/L的停炉保护液(pH=10.5)中各吸光度值,并作△A—Cx标准工作曲线,工作曲线线性关系良好.微量二甲基酮肟的含量即可根据此双波长下测得的△A值,由此工作曲线上直接查知.DMKO含量为50mg/L的停炉保护液用氨水调至不同pH值的测试结果也表明此双波长分光光度法较好地消除了其中的氨水浓度变化的影响,可用来简单、快速地直接测定停炉保护液中微量DMKO的含量

【Abstract】 Absorbances of stopped-boiler protection solutions (pH=10.5) containing 20 mg/L,40 mg/L,60 mg/L,80 mg/L and 100 mg/L DMKO are measured under 209 nm measurement wavelength and 227nm reference wavelength. And a standard operation curve △A-C x is made according to the principle of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry. The correlation of △A and C x is linear. Content of micro DMKO can be concluded directly from the standard operation curve according to the value of △A measured under two wavelengths. Results of testing stopped-boiler protection solutions with different pH show that the effect of different ammonia concentration is eliminated applying the dual-wavelength spectrophotometry and this method can be used to determine content of micro DMKO in stopped-boiler protection solution directly and quickly.
