【摘要】 内皮损伤研究方兴未艾。为了探讨血管损伤与早发性糖尿病大血管病变之关系，分别随机抽取３０只成年健康雌性Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠和四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠，测定其循环内皮细胞计数（ＣＥＣ）和血管紧张素转化酶（ＡＣＥ）血清活力。结果显示；糖尿病鼠ＡＣＥ高于对照ＡＣＥ（９８０．０２±１３２．１８ｕ／５６０．０７±１５０．０３ｕ），糖尿病鼠ＣＥＣ（２．５２±０．６７个／０．９ｕｌ）高于健康鼠ＣＥＣ（０．７２±０．２１个／０．９ｕｌ），差异有统计学意义（Ｐ均小于０．０１）。推测糖尿病早期出现的内皮损伤可能在其大血管并发症发生中起到一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the relationship betveen endothelial injuiry and diabetic macroangiopathy,30 female diabetic rats induced by alloxan and 30 healthy Wistar rats matched for weight and sex were chosen for the counting of circulating endothelial cell(CEC) and the determination of plasma activities of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE). The results showed that the counts of CEC and the activities of ACE in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group (2. 52±0. 67cell/0. 9ul; 80. 02±132. 18u vs 560. 07±150. 03u)respecfively. It is concluded that the early occurring endothelial injury may play an important role in the early pathogenesis of diabetic macroangiopathy.更多还原
