【摘要】 为了探讨可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）对肺癌诊断、分型及分期的价值，我们采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）分别检测肺癌４５例，对照者１０例支气管冲洗液中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ和肺癌５７例，肺部良性疾病２０例，正常对照２０例血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果示肺癌患者支气管冲洗液及血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ浓度高于对照组；肺癌血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平与肺癌分期有关，而与病理组织学类型无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the value of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R)in the diagnosis,tumor typing , and tumor staging in lung cancer,the concentration,of sIL-2R was tested by EILSA in bronchial lavage fluids (BWF) of 45 cases of lung Cancer patients, 10 cases of control,and in serum samples of 57 cases of lung cancer 20 caese of bengin lung diseases, 20 cases of normal control. The results Showed that the levels of SIL-2R in BWF and serum samples of lung cancer pattens were was significantly higher than those of control,the levels of sIL-2R in serum were related to the stage of lung cancer,but not related to the patho-histologic subtype of lung cancer.更多还原
