永磁材料未来十年研究展望
Prospects of Permanent Magnetic Materials for Future Decade
【摘要】 在未来的10年里,永磁材料的研究与开发将主要呈现3个特点:磁体性能综合化、合金成分多元化和制备工艺高技术化。NdFeB系合金,Sm2Fe17Nx(x=2~3)系合金仍将是研究的热点。除此之外,复合型双相纳米晶永磁合金,R3(Fe,T)29Zy(R=RE;T=Cr,V,Ti;Z=C,H,N)3∶29类化合物将吸引越来越多的注意力。本文重点综述了双相纳米晶永磁合金和3∶29类化合物的研究进展,并对今后永磁材料的研究方向作了简略的展望。
【Abstract】 In future decade, the research & development of permanent magnetic materials may concentrate mainly on synthetic property of magnet, multi element alloy and high tech producting process. NdFeB system and Sm 2Fe 17 N x ( x =2~3) system will still be the hot points of study, and besides these, dual phase nano grain rare earth permanent magnetic alloys and R 3(Fe, T ) 29 Z y (R=RE; T =Cr,V,Ti; Z =C,H,N) (3∶29 system compounds) will attract more and more attention of researchers. The developments of dual phase nano grain rare earth permanent magnetic alloys and 3∶29 system compounds are introduced emphatically, and some possible research trends of future permanent magnetic materials are predicted briefly.
