10CrNi4MoV钢厚板的热处理工艺及其组织与性能

【摘要】 本文探索了10CrNi4MoV钢100mm特厚板适宜的热处理工艺,并对经热处理的钢板进行了性能测试及微观组织观察。结果表明:10CrNi4MoV钢100mm特厚板经过严格控制的高温淬火+高温回火调质工艺处理,可以满足技术要求,且在厚度方向上微观组织、力学性能均匀。高温淬火温度对厚板的组织性能影响不大,高温回火温度则必须严格控制,以获取10CrNi4MoV钢100mm特厚板良好的综合性能。

【Abstract】 The proper heat treatment process for 10CrNi4MoV steel 100mm plate was explored. The microstructure and properties of the plate treated with the typical process were studied. The results show that the plate can meet the requirements, the microstruture and properties along thickdirection are distributed evenly and the quenching temperature hasless influence on the microstructure and properties, but the tempering temperature must be controlled rigidly to realize good comprehensive properties.
