热处理对近β型钛合金显微组织及力学性能的影响
Effect of Heat treatment on the Microstructure and Mechanical Property of Near β Titanium Alloy
【摘要】 研究了固溶时效处理对近β型钛合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。采用均匀设计法进行了试验设计,用二次回归法得到了热处理工艺参数与该合金强度和韧性的定性关系。金相分析结果表明,该合金固溶时效后的组织由β基体和析出的α相组成。另外经断口分析发现,其断口特征是脆性和韧性的混合断口。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of solution-aging heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical property of near β titanium alloy was studied with the parameters optimized by the method of uniform design. The quantitative relationship between these parameters and the strength and toughness was obtained by doing quadratic regression analysis. It’s shown that the microstructure is composed of β matrix and α precipitation with brittle tough mixed fracture.
